Top 10 Films of 1965

This is a dynamic list, so it’ll be updated each time I see a film which had its world premiere in 1965 that is better than at least one of the films already on the list.

*While I have seen more than ten films from this year, I’m only including titles that I actively like (6.0+).

  1. Bunny Lake Is Missing (Otto Preminger)
  2. Pierrot le fou (Jean-Luc Godard)
  3. Repulsion (Roman Polanski)
  4. The Sound of Music (Robert Wise)
  5. Man Is Not a Bird (Dušan Makavejev)
